Once again we ask that shooters pre-register for the shoot.
It helps out tremendously as we get everything ready beforehand so when you arrive- your packet is ready.
We will be accepting credit cards this year once again but your prices will be higher.
Please send your completed sheet via email to hawkeyebowmen@yahoo.com and you then will receive a invoice to pay.It is secured and we have no access to your card.

All courses go from Dawn to dusk then on friday and saturday we will open the night course from dusk to 11pm

REMINDER
If you are not a member of the club, you are not to show up before
12:00 PM on Thursday August 15th, 2024
If you do, you will be asked to leave.
REMINDER
ANY CAMPERS THAT ARE ON TOP OF THE HILL MUST BE IN BY THURSDAY NIGHT DUE TO SAFETY ISSUES AND THE LOT IN FRONT
We will try and accomodate everyone with sights BUT we are NOT a campground. Due to mother nature sites may look different from the previous year and we are adjusting accordingly.
If you have already paid for your site and can not attend please contact us 30 days in advance so that we can use your spot for this year. You are allowed one pass otherwise you will lose your site. You will be put on a waiting list for when one is open. If you have not contacted us, your site will be awarded to anyone on the waiting list. ( Nadine does not have access to email and phone service during the shoot so please contact her the week before if you can not make it. )
